1. Before the construction of the grout, the installation of the glue bottle needs to be buckled to the corresponding bayonet in the front section of the glue gun. If the installation is not correct, with the force extrusion in the construction process, it is easy to lead to deformation, tilt and damage of the front end of the tile grout bottle, resulting in uneven glue mixing, not smooth glue out and even tube burst.

2. The two circular pushers at the front end of the glue gun stinger need to be kept parallel.
The uneven push piece leads to the uneven force in the glue process, the uneven mixing of A and B agent, which causes dry and incomplete curing, and the color difference of the tile grout will also appear.

3. Check whether the screws on the glue gun are loose and tighten them in time.
The loosening of the screw of the glue gun is easy to lead to the uneven force of the glue gun. When the speed of the glue is different on both sides, it will cause the uneven mixing of the tile grout, which will cause the glue not to dry, incomplete solidification, and even the tube explosion at the end.

4. Glue gun stinger to keep clean, often wipe some lubricating oil.
